Service Terms & Conditions

The practical stuff — scheduling, payment, water and power access, and an honest look at what pressure washing can and can't fix. Please read this before your appointment.

Sections 5a–5d cover limitations that are common across the pressure washing and soft washing trade, not defects in our process. We flag anything we spot ahead of time during your quote whenever possible.

1. Scheduling & Weather

Our work depends on the weather, so appointments are sometimes moved for rain, high wind, or freezing temperatures. We'll always contact you as soon as possible if your appointment needs to shift, and we'll work with you to find the next available slot.

2. Water & Electrical Access

Most jobs require an on-site water source and, occasionally, access to exterior power. By booking service, you agree to let us use your existing outdoor water spigot and electrical outlets at no additional charge. Please make sure your outdoor water supply is on and working before we arrive — if it isn't, we may need to reschedule or apply an additional charge for bringing our own supply.

3. Kids, Pets & Site Access

For everyone's safety, please keep children, pets, and other household members away from the work area while we're on-site, and for at least a few hours after we finish so surfaces have time to dry. We'll do the same on our end — staying clear of anything that looks like it's in active use.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing ahead of time. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A returned or bounced check may incur an additional processing fee, and we reserve the right to hold future work until a returned check clears.

5. What Pressure Washing Can and Can't Fix

We do everything we can to leave every surface looking its best, but a few things are outside what pressure washing or soft washing can undo. Below are the most common ones we run into.

5a. Concrete

Older or unevenly poured concrete can show faint striping or color variation once it's clean — this comes from how the concrete's surface "cream" layer was mixed and cured originally, not from our cleaning process. The concrete will be genuinely clean, but we can't change variations that were already baked into the slab.

Loose or already-deteriorating mortar or concrete edges can occasionally dislodge further during cleaning. We treat every surface carefully, but we're not responsible for pre-existing damage that becomes more visible once debris and buildup are removed.

5b. Siding & Exterior Surfaces

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as improperly installed siding, loose panels, damaged caulking, wood rot, or improperly sealed windows and doors. If we notice any of these during a walk-around, we'll point them out before starting so there are no surprises.

Aluminum and, less commonly, vinyl siding can show more visible fading or a chalky texture once cleaned — this is oxidation from age and sun exposure that was already present, simply more noticeable once dirt and grime are removed. Cleaning doesn't cause this; it can make it easier to see.

5c. Stains We Can't Fully Remove

Some stains sit deeper than a standard wash can reach — tree sap, artillery fungus spotting, roofing tar, mulch dye transfer, certain vines, and some paint or stain splatter. We flag anything visible like this during the quote, but some staining is hidden under algae or grime and only becomes visible once the surface is clean. We'll always point out anything we couldn't fully remove before we consider the job finished.

5d. Windows

Unless window cleaning is specifically included in your service, glass may show water spotting as a result of nearby pressure washing or soft washing. If streak-free glass matters for your visit, ask about adding on our window cleaning service.

6. Property & Access Limits

We won't enter a neighboring property to clean a shared fence or boundary line without that owner's permission. If access to part of your property is blocked or unavailable on the day of service, that section may need to be skipped or scheduled separately.

7. Warranties

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee — if something about the visible result of a completed job isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right. Beyond that, any product warranties are limited to whatever the manufacturer of that product provides; we don't offer additional warranties beyond the service itself.

8. Questions About These Terms

If anything here isn't clear, ask before we start — we'd rather explain it up front than have it be a surprise afterward.
